This Shiraz is produced from five clones of Shiraz that are sourced from seven Estate vineyards, the wine is matured in new, one year and two year old oak and will reward time in the cellar.
The nose is restrained with peppery red berries and a touch of cedary oak, the palate is medium bodied with a gravely, earthy character against more attractive blackberry and cherry fruits. There is quality oak that binds the mid to pack palate, giving some sweeter spices to the slightly short finish.
