This wine is produced by Galli Estate,the wine is undeniably Heathcote in origin sporting considerable spicy oak against plush primary plum characters on the nose.
The palate is medium to full bodied with cedary oak a major component of the palate, there is good weight of varietal plum and dark cherry that benefits from coarse spices on the mid to back palate. The only detractor is the oak dominance to finish which overshadows the fruit, but will come into further balance with time.
