Tasting
The High Altitude label represents wines sourced from the Eden Valley, the vineyard from which the 2013 Shiraz was produced is just south of the township of Craneford, a location that is cooler than the Barossa, with varying soil profiles and elevations.

Bright plum on the nose combines with caramel oak inputs from time spent in American oak. The nose is rounded out by a touch of licorice all sorts.

The palate has raspberry and plum on entry, acid and tannins give a fluid and textural mouthfeel that is supported by a touch of pepper and spicy oak.
