Hunter Valley doesn't get much better than this.
A medium red with a dull hue towards the rim with a nose that evolves with time in the glass with beguiling complexity. Raspberry, plum and wild strawberry all have their place with cedar and a touch of bitumen completing the experience
An ethereal wine with a wild strawberry and plum baseline that's interjected by earth and old leather. Oak is in the background but gives a fine lattice of spice. The earthen and bracken aspect is impactful on the mid to back palate with driving primary fruits to finish. A pleasure to drink.
