A brooding, dark fruited nose that has charcuterie and sweeter spice. The palate is medium bodied with fine tannins, juicy acidity and graphite notes that sit well alongside boysenberry, plum and tart black cherry. The finish is drying, savoury and concentrated expression of dark fruits.
