Yeringberg consistently hold back their releases for a number of years, it pays dividends as the wines have such structure and presence that wouldn't be on full show if released too early. A deep red in the glass the nose has pine, undergrowth and stem to driving dark cherry and plum fruit that is supported by white pepper and clove.
