2015 Stable Hill Mustang Shiraz

If people buy based on label this one will certainly get the attention of the masses ! It's a well put together wine with curves in all the right places and just enough savouriness to give contrast.

The nose gives peppery plum and dark cherry fruit with a wisp of cedar oak spice. The medium bodied palate is darkly fruited but light on it's feet, peppery and earthen tannins frame the wine and drive it to a more serious, dark fruited finish.

Enjoyable wine over the shorter term.
