A glossy deep red hue in the glass, the wine shows it's cool climate roots with white pepper laced black fruits amongst background notes of charcuterie. The palate has concentration and savoury flare with dark plum met with blackcurrant, earth and a return of the meaty notes that help define the nose. Generous, drying, and textural dark fruits to finish.
