A deep red in the glass with a nose that is typical of the region with rich, juicy plum that enjoys some earth and spice. The palate is driven by tart acidity and tannin with an almost green edge to black fruits that will need more time to soften, the wine does have enjoyable texture and even though not as rich and expansive as the nose suggest has good length and will be sure to grow and evolve over the medium to long term.
