The nose has generous plum and black cherry fruit with a thread of vanilla laced spice and a floral lift. The balance and texture is very good given the wines sheer concentration, the fruit is bold, yet complex. The oak rich, but not overbearing. There is flowing length to finish with red and black fruits carried by the supple and spiced impact of oak.
