An inky red with some youthful purple hues, the nose is dripping with dark berry fruits and meaty undertones before a floral and generous lift from new French Oak.
The palate has a fullness of plum and blueberry fruit initially, but don't be fooled there is ample structure and some savoury flare that gives the wine contrast in terms of both texture and flavour.
The finish reverts to a more sullen and deep fruited rendition of shiraz that finishes with freshly tilled earth smokey oak and plum.
