2018 Jo Nash Shiraz

Sourced from a single vineyard site at an elevation of 480m and showing some very attentive winemaking in terms of new oak and the use of 15% whole bunch. An inky youthful dark red with a nose that has luxurious oak spice with deeply set but aromatic plum fruit.

The palate is supple and etched with background earthen influences to plum and black cherry with some vanillin tones and a tar and roses aspect. Generous and youthful now but with the structure to reward time.
