A glossy, full bodied expression of Clare Shiraz that has a lushness of fruit that is offset by ground coffee and earth with seductive layers of quality oak. Fruit sits between blue and black with density and power, tannins are well proportioned and acidity give a saline, moreish note to the wine that offsets the generous fruit. Worthy of flagship status and long term cellaring.
