A youthful red in the glass with the 2018 continuing the trend of great value Shiraz releases from Sidewood; the wine itself is more European in its stylings with iodine and fresh earth joining plum and blackberry fruits on the nose.
The palate enjoys plum and red berry fruits with drying tannin before white pepper and liquorice make themselves know, there is a savoury interplay to finish and very good length.
