2018 The Natural Wine Co Organic Shiraz

A huge amount of skill goes into crafting preservative free wine, with Natural Wine Co delivering exceptional value with their 2018 release. The wine as expected is a glossy red to purple hue in the glass that speaks of its youth, the nose is juicy and fragrant with plum, dark cherry and a touch of kirsch; there is also a touch of alcohol warmth. The palate is broad and saturated in red and blue berry fruits with some prune and spice like notes. The finish has wild strawberry, a touch of sweetened cocoa and very good length.
