You can't be mistaken on the nose that this is Heathcote Shiraz, there are some reductive charcuterie notes that reveal generous plum that is lifted by dried spices. Plum and dark cherry enjoy supple milk chocolate and work amongst tannins that have impact but are well balanced. Brown spice and undergrowth give definition to drying dark berry fruits to finish.
