A deep red in the glass and characteristic aromatics of mulberry, blackberry and a touch of mint. The wine is medium bodied with blackberry the dominant fruit and tannins very supple.
The wine is pleasant but lacks concentration and depth on the mid palate, there is a faint touch of cigar box and earth but without the impact and intensity you may expect. Varietal but short to finish.
