2019 Seville Estate Shiraz

A wine that is built for the long term, but with a touch more primary fruit than the reserve at this point in its development. A medium red hue with plum and black cherry that is supported by brambly spice and a touch of pepper. The palate is medium bodied and finely textured with a graphite and pepper edge to fine but impactful tannins. There is great length to black fruits with fennel on the mid palate and the slightest suggestion of cured meats.

There is just enough richness of black cherry and plum to finish, with a long savoury influence.
