A pretty, glossy red with purple hues in the glass. The nose enjoys generous fruit and spice influences with fruit moving from dark cherry to plum that works well with vanillin tones and a thread of olive. The wine is fruit forward and shows its oak at this point in its development, however there is a backbone of dark berries and cocoa laced tannins that will underwrite further development once the youthful exuberance fades.
