A medium red hue in colour, with some floral spice to plum with background charcuterie and pepper on the nose. The palate is medium bodied and is all about the fruit as opposed oak. There is an understated savouriness that is well contrasted by ripe plum. The pepper influence as your would expect comes through on the finish, with tannins fine and textural.
