As always some great winemaking technique that delivers a rounded and complex wine worth more than the asking price.
The nose is a mix of charcuterie, plum, white pepper and earth before the palate reveals plush dark berry fruits that are paired back by fine, leathery tannins and textured acidity. The finish gives crushed herbs and pepper alongside plum and cured meats. The length is very good.
