Only 3250 bottles produced and the wine is made from a single Shiraz clone (savii19) that was also grown from a single vineyard.
This is a stylish wine and holds true to the Syrah style with pepper and charcuterie to bramble dark berry fruits on the nose. There is a floral spiciness to the wine that takes on white pepper, tannins are incredibly fine but envelope the palate. Fruit sits in the black cherry and plum spectrum with lovely earthen and savoury flare flowing across the mid palate. Excellent length and texture.
