2022 Sidewood Shiraz

A vibrant red in the glass with a nose of black plum that is supported by pepper, charcuterie and earth. The palate is more old world than new with savoury, meat and earth characters masterfully integrated with concentrated but balanced dark berry fruits. There is a twist of spice and richness that adds dimension to the mid palate before tannins that have a touch of pepper and iodine like influence bring things to a close. Drinking well now and will cellar.
