A preservative free, un-oaked wine made to be enjoyed in its youth.
A beautiful deep, glossy dark purple in colour. The nose is awash with plush plum and violets. The palate is pretty as you would expect with fruit tending to wild strawberry and cherry with a wisp of red liquorice wrapped in chocolate. Tannins are very soft and acidity in the background. The length to finish is good and centres on unabashed primary fruits. A great example of the un-oaked style that shows the quality of the fruit.
