A glossy red in colour with a blue and black fruited nose that enjoys impact of black pepper and suppple veneer of oak.
 
The palate shows balance between a savoury and earthy baseline of tannin and the plushness of concentrated plum and blackberry fruit; the mid palate has a touch of leather, black pepper and suggestion of unsweetened licorice. A lovely, textural finish that is all class.
