The NV is a mix of 08 and 09 Sparkling Shiraz material, the colour is dark red with a wonderfully dense nose of plum and olive, the palate has spiced plum, sweeter raspberry and a good deal of cedary oak.
The highlight of the wine is it's texture; with ripe fruits, a light spritz and balanced acid working together well, the finish is focused and long.
