2009 Cullen Kevin John Chardonnay

A light straw yellow in colour, the class, elegance and complexity of this wine is immediately evident on the nose that shows peach skins, fuller stone fruit characters ,toasted almond and spicy oak inputs.

The palate has wonderful concentration and superb balance between peach/melon fruit and underlying mineral acidity, providing wonderful textural contrasts.

The mid to back palate adds another dimension with richer brioche and cashew characters that are tempered by the long citrus inspired finish.
