Straw yellow, with developed gun flint, and rip nectarine on the nose. The palate has sour edged peach that balances perfectly with the rich almond and butter flavours in the mid to back palate. There is a core of mineral acidity throughout the wine giving it excellent structure. The finish is long and persistent. The wine will reward medium term cellaring
