2013 Oakridge Local Vineyard Series Barkla Ridge Chardonnay

The wine is starting to benefit from a little time in the bottle, it's a light golden yellow in the glass with a beautifully complex nose of gun flint, nectarine skin and citrus peel. The palate has power and class showing dense nectarine, flinty and mouth filling texture that is both drying and faintly rich at the same time.

The finishes gives flashes of citrusand leesy goodness, this one will last for decades in the cellar.
