2015 Sidewood Mappinga Chardonnay

This is top end Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, fermented in new french oak and aged for 10 months this wine showcases both great winemaking and fruit whilst maintaining it's elegance. A delicious mix of almond meal, white peach and flint that has real class.

This is a wine that pushes the boundaries in terms of concentration, but is the sum of all parts and maintains balance. Beautifully textured stone fruits are framed by oak derived spice with mouth filling texture. The finish has a fine line of acidity with taut stone fruits and flint lingering.
