It was nice to finally understand what L.T.C means, never having thought to much about the acronym. It stands for 'Little Touch of Chardonnay' which is an acknowledgment of the addition of Chardonnay to the Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend.
Great intensity on the nose with wildly aromatic passionfruit and gooseberry that are amply supported by every so faint leesy characters. Pristine, edgy and great texture are words that come to mind when describing the tropical fruit laden palate, the drive and clarity of the wine is excellent and delicious in it's youth, but also should be very good in years to come.
