As a variety this is fast becoming one of the emerging stars of the Adelaide hills and a much lauded variety across other Australian regions.
A flinty nose with pear and citrus at the fore, the palate manages to be firm yet feminine with a texture profile that is anything but linear, rising and falling in unison across the journey.
