The wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Viognier that was fermented and aged in French oak.
A wonderfully complex nose that gives aspects of all the constituent parts, with baked passionfruit (Sauvignon Blanc) , lanolin (Semillon) and a suggestion of apricot (Viognier) all with the lightly spiced and savoury influence of time in barrel.
The wine has an elegance and richness with apricot and tropical fruits balanced by the spiced and mealy influence of oak, with acidity having grapefruit like grip.
The finish has fresh hay and peach with a lingering and drying texture.
