Now this is an interesting take on Vermentino, the wine was wild yeast fermented and enjoyed time on skins; it is interesting, textural and above all moreish. A light yellow in the glass, the nose gives lemoncello and musk. The palate has crunch of sea spray inspired acidity, but enough richness of fruit to give both contrast and balance. The finish sees musk lingering with a lovely savoury edge.
