A nose of preserved lemon with some citrus, quince and nougat on the nose. There is texture and grip to the palate with a citrus peal edge that has a faint saline and grapefruit note working with meyer lemon and a continuation of the quince seen on the nose. There is a slight oxidative type note that works well with the full textural expression to finish. A really well put together blend that has real interest.
