2022 Break Free Bliss Bomb Pet Nat

The wine is made from old vine Chenin Blanc planted in the swan valley, with the wine allowed to ferment naturally before being bottled with a little bit of sugar remaining that we capped stops the carbon dioxide from escaping and gives the gentle fizz to the wine. It is cloudy as you would expect with some enjoyable white flowers and citrus zest on the nose. There is lovely acidity and a lemony thread that has a jasmine edge to it, a touch of saline and ginger with good drive and plenty of verve to finish. Cracking wine.
