A light yellow with a very fine bead in the glass, the nose is attractive with lemon and nashi pear aromatics that are joined by red apple. The acidity has nice flow and gives a lightness to the plate; there is just enough fruit sweetness of ripe pear and a thread of jasmine before the long, textural finish.
