An inky purple hue with a generous blackberry and plum compote on the nose; full bodied with bright plum and blueberry fruit, tannins are firm and drying before a continuation of the generous primary fruits on the mid palate. The finish has bramble and undergrowth to dense black fruits and good length with some bitter dark cocoa. A pretty good buy for a tick under $20.
