Review Detail
2014 Twin Cellars Malbec
Wine Rating
89
A big, rich nose that is brimming with plum and milk chocolate goodness.
A mouth filling wine, at least initially with ripe dark fruits that meld with a briny herbaceous note, tannin gives a point of contrast with a drying earthen aspect that lingers through the finish.
It isn’t the most complex wine in the world, but an enjoyable and great value drink at $19.
