2017 Steve Wiblin’s Erin Eyes Shamrock Malbec
Wine Rating

93
A lifted nose of cherry with sweeter spice and tobacco notes.

A pretty wine, with plenty of structure; everything flows as one with red cherry fruit whisked away amongst a web of supple tannins that enjoy a sweetness of spice and definition of violets. The tobacco and earth come into their own on the mid palate with a savoury nuance that is joined to finish by a return of primary red cherry fruits with both ripeness and balance.
