Review Detail

Deep red with a nose of ripe cherry and plum fruit, the palate has a plushness with dark cherry fruit shining and glossy tannins that work well with bright acidity. Oak has given embellishments to the fruit with some cocoa and earth rounding out the mid palate. The finish sees the wine growing in stature with tannins taking on more of a drying note and an enjoyable bitterness to black cherry. The length is very good.
