Review Detail

A glossy red to purple in colour with a sweetness of red cherry and spice, but if you look deeper there is almost a cab franc like smokiness that gives plenty of interest. A medium to full bodied wine with a flowing texture of dark cherry that has a nice inflection of spice and earth along the journey. The finish has more of a savoury and earthen edge to darker berry fruits. A well put together wine that will cellar over the medium term.
