This is a wine of restrained elegance and beauty that slowly shows more with time in the glass.
A light yellow in colour with a nose of citrus, straw and a touch of apricot. Texturally there is a light oiliness to the wine that when combined with chalky acidity gives it a whole other dimension. There is worked almond meal richness that builds with understated stone fruits that emerge from an unwavering citrus base.
