Review Detail
2012 M. Chapoutier Hermitage Chante-Alouette
Wine Rating
94
Produced following biodynamic principles, it’s expressive and generous with a floral nose laden with spice and background savoury apricot. The palate is textually appealing with fresh fennel and grassy notes to the fuller stone fruits. The finish has grip and drive of citrus that underwrites a medium term cellaring proposition.
