The wine holds an excellent deep red hue and shows very good varietal expression of olive, blackcurrant and pepper on the nose.
The palate is steeped in dark fruits of blackcurrant and plum, cedary oak adds to the complexity, with fine firm tannins framing the dark berry fruits on the long finish. An excellent example of Australian Merlot.
