A blend of Shiraz and Sangiovese, this tops off a trio of excellent new releases from the Beechworth producer. A youthful red in the glass with aromatics of plum and wild strawberry and impact of vanillin oak. Great texture here with the Sangiovese giving a herbaceous, sinewy texture and the Shiraz giving breadth of dark berry fruits. There is a milk chocolate richness before driving acidity and a thyme and oregano edge frames the finish.
