2018 Rising Small Batch Red

I wine descriptor that doesn’t get used that of is ‘smashable’ but i think it is appropriate in this case ! The wine itself is a mix of Shiraz and Pinot Noir that has been made in a way to allow the fruit to shine.

A Youthful red with a nose that mixes strawberry and raspberry fruit with crunchy sage and stem; the palate is rich and supple and bristling with red fruits, acidity is free flowing and tannins tight and enjoying more undergrowth and nettle that gives a savoury note to finish.
