The aromatics have a prettiness to them with lifted red cherry and rosewater that is backed by white pepper.
The palate is fruit driven and light on its feet with dark cherry enjoying a subtle build of savoury tannin and the gentle influence of earth and dried herb likely due to the proportion of Mataro in the blend. The finish brings dark chocolate into the picture and forms a great accompaniment to drying, concentrated dark berry fruits.
