Review Detail
2014 Torbreck Cuvee Juveniles GSM
Wine Rating
92
Barossa does un-oaked well, there is fulness and layered structure that can come from the region which provides a point of different to counterparts adorned with spicy french or exuberant american oak.
The 2014 Juveniles is fruit forward with wild strawberry and plum on the nose, there is a softness on entry with red and black fruits filling the mouth, the wines has a saline note and rolling spice that gives structure to the mid palate with fine tannins framing the fruit driven finish. A great drink now proposition.
