A nose of pine and chocolate mint biscuit alongside new season plum. The palate has a chalky tannin structure that continues the choice mint influence of the nose with undergrowth and plum giving breadth. Earth and a spiced oak give complexity with the finish having fine lines and lingering mint to dark berry fruits.
